They consist of lunch meat slices, cheese slices, crackers and a cookie or oreo. So is a cracker-meat-cheese-cracker combination a singular Lunchable? Then that is a singular Lunchable and the package is Lunchables, like a single Dorito in a bag of Doritos. Then what do you do with the cookie or Oreo? If kids are creating oreocookie-cream-cracker-meat-cheese-cracker-cream-oreocookie combinations, and that’s a Lunchable, then we might have a serious problem. But what I am really saying is, I’m bored because it’s March 16th and the Braves are playing their twenty-third Spring game, including six split-squad games and a rainout. Can we just pick a roster and start the season already?
Which fringe Braves player is your favorite this spring? I like Eli White. He’s had a nice spring. He plays really good defense, like good enough to post a 0.6 WAR season despite having a 66 wRC+ and a .200/.274/.305 line in 111 plate appearances in 2022. He can play all of the infield and outfield positions, although shortstop might be a challenge and probably would have no need to play first. I assume he could be the emergency blowout pitcher as well.
So tell us about your Braves player still seeking to make the team. Don’t mind me, I’ll just be over here contemplating my navel, taking a nap, and filling out a bracket waiting for the spring to end.
