Atlanta Braves news and notes from Tuesday. Tuesday marked Major League Baseball’s qualifying offer deadline, and 12 of 13 players rejected the $21.05M deal. As expected, Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Max Fried was among the 12 that rejected. Should Fried join another team for the 2025 campaign, the Braves would be compensated with a draft pick.
