Price gouging and unreasonable markups are not allowed. 5. **Specific Listings**: - If a buyer is looking for a specific area, do not post unrelated seats. 6. **Ticket Restrictions**: - No selling free tickets, including A-List events, giveaways, etc. - No selling College Student Tickets. - No reselling purchased tickets. If you buy tickets from a member, please use them or give them to a friend. Reselling purchased tickets could cause the original member to lose their season tickets. 7. **Accurate Ticket Information**: - Sellers must provide accurate and detailed information about the tickets they are listing, including event details, seat numbers (if applicable), and any restrictions or conditions associated with the tickets. 8. **Authenticity**: - Sellers must ensure that the tickets they are listing are authentic and valid for entry to the event. Counterfeit or fraudulent tickets are strictly prohibited. 9. **Honest Representation**: - Sellers must accurately represent the condition of the tickets being sold. Any defects, damages, or issues with the tickets must be clearly disclosed to potential buyers. 10. **Timely Delivery**: - Sellers are responsible for delivering tickets to buyers in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in penalties or account suspension. 11. **Communication**: - Sellers must maintain open and transparent communication with buyers throughout the transaction process. Promptly respond to inquiries and provide updates on ticket delivery. 12. **Compliance with Laws**: - Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of tickets, including but not limited to ticket resale laws and venue-specific policies. 13. **No Scalping**: - Sellers may not engage in scalping or bulk ticket reselling for profit. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to other users will not be tolerated. 16. **Dispute Resolution**: - In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve the issue.
