No huge surprises in this particular survey. Yesterday, I shared the results of one of the SB Nation Reacts surveys that y’all voted on last week. Today, it’s time to take a look at the other poll that was ran: Who is the MVP for the Atlanta Braves here in 2024?
The three choices included two pitchers (with one of those being the closer), which should be a sign of just how much of a slog this season has been. With that being said, both Chris Sale and Raisel Iglesias are worthy of the high praise that being included in this type of conversation would elicit. The same goes for Marcell Ozuna, who has essentially carried Atlanta’s offense for long stretches of this season.
So who, in your eyes, has been the MVP of this team so far?

I’m going to be honest, I figured that this might have been a lot closer between Sale and Ozuna — mainly since Sale is only out there every five days and Ozuna is out there every day. With that being said, that’s a clear victory for Sale and it’s very obvious who y’all believe has been the best player on this team here in 2024.
