Let’s win this series, y’all. The Atlanta Braves went into this series with dreams of potentially taking a sweep against their rivals from South Florida in the form of the Miami Marlins. The Braves were halfway there after winning the first two games and nearly got 75 percent of the way there but ultimately ended up dropping a close 4-3 game to the Marlins.
With that being said, the Braves can still make some hay with a series victory and they should definitely like their chances now that Max Fried is back on the mound. While Fried is coming off of an injury that kept him on the shelf for nearly a month, this is a tea that Fried has had plenty of success against and hopefully that trend will continue here today and he’ll help lead the Braves to a big series win.
