It’s not pretty, folks. Atlanta’s lineups this season have gone from stacked in game 1, gradually downhill after all their injuries and bad luck. This one might be a new low point, however, with Adam Duvall, of a 67 wRC+ and -0.5 fWAR leading off. To be fair, it is against a lefty starter and Duvall has faired better against southpaws, but the point remains. Jarred Kelenic gets the day off, which also means that Ramon Laureano is playing center field. Luke Williams rounds out the outfield, playing left field and batting ninth. Travis d’Arnaud gets the nod at catcher after Murphy caught Saturday’s game. It’s not great!

Meanwhile, the Mets shuffled their lineup around a little but, with Franciso Alvarez rejoining the lineup at catcher and Nimmo switching to DH, with Taylor replacing him in center and Gamel replacing Stewart.
