26-year-old Ynoa missed the entire 2023 season after Tommy John surgery and had three outings in Triple-A this year before a right elbow injury in April put him back on the injured list.
It’s not likely that Ynoa will pitch in the bigs this season, but it is a step in the right direction that he is participating at some level.
