Travis d’Arnaud will catch Chris Sale in Sunday’s series finale in San Diego. The Atlanta Braves will look to head into the All-Star break on a good note Sunday when they wrap up a three-game series with the San Diego Padres. The Braves took the opener Friday, but suffered another shutout loss Saturday. Chris Sale will get the start for Atlanta while the Padres will go with righty Randy Vasquez.
Travis d’Arnaud returns to the lineup and is hitting sixth in the series finale. d’artaud is 2-for-4 in his career against Padres starter Vasquez. Marcell Ozuna is back hitting fifth and is 3-for-4 with two doubles and a homer against Vasquez.

For the Padres, Manny Machado is at third base and hitting third. Machado has had some success in his career against Sale going 7-for-22 with two doubles and a homer. Xander Bogaerts will hit cleanup and play second base Sunday and is 5-for-15 with a double against Atlanta’s lefty.
