Eddie Rosario hitting above Travis d’Arnaud is an allowable lineup, but should it be? Well, no one is going to be surprised by this, not even the part where Travis d’Arnaud is hitting eighth behind Eddie Rosario.

Since apparently Matt Waldron is starting this game and not Randy Vasquez, it’s worth noting that almost no one made any good contact off Waldron last time. Though Matt Olson had two singles and Ozzie Albies had a double, they were not well struck, and a large part of the lineup was just baffled by him. Maybe that’s different this time around. (The Braves would’ve caught a break by getting to face Vasquez...)
The Padres, meanwhile, reinstated Xander Bogaerts from the Injured List today, which is a nice bit of parallelism for them given that Bogaerts missed time with a shoulder injury he suffered on the field against the Braves in Atlanta.
